1. Transition conveyor : Driven by a motor and a cycloid pinwheel reducer, with a rubber belt as the bearing surface and supported by a roller. Equipped with a photoelectric detection switch, when there are packaging bags on the roller table of the palletizer that have not been removed, the subsequent packaging bags stop on the buffer belt conveyor and wait.
   2. Waiting area for pallets: After palletizing, the pallets can temporarily stay in the waiting area. However, the waiting time should not be too long, otherwise it will affect the normal palletizing of the palletizer. (The palletizer waits until it receives the empty pallet arrival signal.)
   3. Necessary buffer zone is generally required in the front section of the feeding conveyor. It is best to interlock with high-end packaging equipment signals, and stop the operation of packaging equipment in the case of sever blockage of the product.
   4. Weighing, packaging and palletizing unit control system: Placed near the packaging line at the operating site. Equipped with indicator lights and operation buttons for operating start, stop and status indications of conveyors, bag-inverters, and shapers. The entire system includes the detection and control of all conveyor lines to clearly feedback the status of any link in the entire equipment on the control cabinet. The LCD display of the system control is intuitive and clear, which is convenient for timely understanding and modification of the equipment parameters.
